The actual product looks exactly like the online pictures. Heavy glass and good quality.
We ordered an etched crystal for our daughter's graduation from a doctoral program. We ordered and received the "draft" via email within a day. We made a couple of changes to the draft and received the updated draft same day. We approved the draft which finalized the order. We received the product within 2-3 days. It was well packaged and exactly what were looking for.
