Terms of payment are within CrystalCentral's sole discretion, and unless otherwise agreed to by CrystalCentral, payment must be received by CrystalCentral prior to CrystalCentral's acceptance of an order. Payment for products will be made by credit card, wire transfer, or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by CrystalCentral. Warranties:
All products sold through CrystalCentral are "AS IS" or "WITH ALL FAULTS." The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. Should any of these items prove defective, do not function, or function improperly in any way following their purchase, the buyer, and not the manufacturer, distributor, or CrystalCentral, assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repair.
Return Policies:
Exchanges. CrystalCentral values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for most products (excluding engraved or imprinted products) that you purchase directly from CrystalCentral. Products may be returned within twenty-one (21) days from the date on the packing slip or invoice for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restock fees. Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of a CrystalCentral error, a restocking fee of 15% may be charged. To return products, you must contact our customer service to obtain a "Return Authorization Code" for you to include with your return. You must ship the products to CrystalCentral within five (5) days of the date that CrystalCentral issues the "Return Authorization Code." You must return the product to us in their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss and the shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging the product.
