I received my award already - sooner than I was told, and I must say that I am thrilled. The customer service from the beginning was outstanding and I actually got the award in a little under a week before I needed it. I also had the opportunity to work with an agent helping to personalize my award, no matter what hours the e-mails went back and forth. The response was outstanding.

I think Crytal Central to a beautiful job on the plaque that I created. However; due to the Corona virus epidemic my son wont be graduating the day that I had engraved on the plaque. In addition; we dont even have a clue of when graduations will take place. But I am satisfied with their work.
