The plaques I have ordered from Crystal Central have all be superior.

I have done business with these people before. They do a great job and work until you are satisfied with the product. I am not savvy with computers, but they helped me all the way. The actual product looks exactly like the online pictures. Heavy glass and good quality.
We ordered an etched crystal for our daughter's graduation from a doctoral program. We ordered and received the "draft" via email within a day. We made a couple of changes to the draft and received the updated draft same day. We approved the draft which finalized the order. We received the product within 2-3 days. It was well packaged and exactly what were looking for.
