The award we got was beautiful and arrived a day earlier than expected. One small glitch is that text gets moved around a bit when doing the customization part, but I made sure that they adjusted it correctly before they sent the proof and they did, so all was fine. The award was breathtaking when it finally arrived in a custom padded box!
