The single thing that was a problem was shipping. I paid the extra $30 fee to have it shipped quick. It was to be here on a Wednesday with plans on presenting it to the Deputy on Thursday. The item did not arrive until Thursday and special arrangements made to get it to the Deputy.
The crystal was beautiful. The color and engraving marvelous. Only complaint was we paid the extra $30 expedited shipping. It was to be here on a Wednesday. We were planning on presenting it on Thursday. The item never came until Thursday and all the presentation plans had to be changed.
