Quality product, customer experience and service very poor.
We placed an order (for my dads 70th birthday April 10th), paid for expedited shipping and was promised delivery on April 8, 2021. We tracked package the morning of April 9 to discover the items last scan was in Japan - the same morning. Called customer service to inquire and was told: “Oh that happens - there’s nothing we can do about it”. I asked for a manager and the representative claimed he was the manager and there nothing else to be done. I explained the item was order as the main gift for our dads birthday celebration and it was our family’s first gathering since the pandemic and now we didn’t have a gift. Only then he offered to reimburse the expedited shipping fee.
While I understand delays with shipping are common and cannot be avoided, please let your clients know shipping originates in Japan. Had I know this, I would have still ordered but had a back up gift for the event.
Also have some sort of compassion and empathy for your customers who choose to patronize your business.
