First of all, the ease in which to begin editing your project. Being able to see it as you move along is a game-changer! Then, the timeliness of your response, to review and proof was amazing! And lastly, most plaques are about 6" give or take, but yours is 10" and that is wonderful. My recipient is a big guy, and that just works wonders being able to give him a sizeable plaque. Additionally, the shipping speed and packaging was great. Lastly, the quality and clarity of your lettering is worth every penny!
