These Plaques are so beautiful. I am impressed with the quality and detail. Your packaging is impeccable. The out side cardboard box was dented but the inside box and glass plaque was perfect.

Though a little pricey, this was high quality and the engraving turned out wonderful.
I needed the extra large Crystal Award as a blank for a special 90th Birthday. I had a local engraver and needed help with online ordering. Your phone rep sent me a link with all the order page filled out so I was sure to get it delivery correctly and quickly. He was helpful and pleasant to talk with.
I paid for expedited shipping and it arrived a day early.

The crystal and the etching is very sophisticated. It does not look like a cheap award that other vendors create.
This is my second time working with Crystal Central. They were very quick to respond to my request for an awards design, and sent me a mock up within 24 hours. When I needed a modification, they were equally as quick to send me the correction. The arrival of the finished product was actually about a week earlier than they quoted.
