Wonderful service. The delivery was on time. The customer service was excellent.

This was a great experience. My grammar and spelling was corrected for me for free. I received consistent communication and support through this whole process from order to delivery. The order was delivered on time, even though I live in UK and the order was from USA. In the end, the most important thing was that the recipient was delighted with the product and was brought to tears in emotion and happiness for this custom made gift.

Looked at other websites to order our 25-year crystal awards and while their initial price was more attractive, there were fees and extra option costs that drove the price up. This product had straight-forward pricing and appeared to be of higher quality; definitely had better design options that other websites. The pre-designed template options on this product were great. Very nice product overall.

Ordered some 25-year service awards, which turned out great! Design proof had a very quick turnaround and was exactly as drafted. Finished product was of high quality and looked outstanding. Shipping was quick as well.
