Do you offer RUSH services?
1. Yes, we do offer express service at a slightly higher price. With our express service, your award will be in your hands within 3 business days after you approve the artwork.
2. Your prompt feedback on the proof is very important. It will reduce production time and provide more time to manage shipping variables.
Do you ship internationally?
1. Yes, we do ship international using FedEx or UPS.
2. For most destinations, you may simply select the "Ship To" countries when you check out.
1. Yes, we do ship to APO/DPO/FPO address. You will need to place the order with our customer service team directly over the phone or email.
2. This service will result in a higher S&H charge. We recommend to use Physical Shipping Address whenever possible with lower cost and better delivery visibilities.
3. The packages will be shipped via USPS to the designated MPO station (3-5 Biz days).
4. It can take up to 3 weeks to arrive from MPO to your exact APO/DPO/FPO destination. We don't have any tracking visibilities after the order reached the interim MPO.
Is a signature required for delivery?
1. Yes, a signature is required by FedEx/UPS for delivery.
2. You may use the "Add Comment" box if you would prefer your package be left without a signature.
3. We will inform FedEx/UPS accordingly but can't guarantee they will honor the request.
