  • Will I receive a proof prior to production?

    • 1. If you place the order now, we will automatically email a proof for your approval.
    • 2. You will receive the proof email no later than 8 am the next biz day.
    • 1. If you want to see a proof prior to ordering, please use the "SAVE FOR LATER" function.
    • 2. Afterward, e-mail us at orders@crystalcentral.com to request a proof review.
  • Will you align and center my text/logo?

    • 1. Yes, we will definitely align your text and logo.
    • 2. After the order is placed, we will e-mail a proof for your approval.
    • 3. The production will only begin after you approve the proof.
  • Can I email my personalization requirements instead?

      • 1. Yes, you can. Please send an e-mail to orders@crystalcentral.com that includes:
      • What award style you want AND its size
      • All personalization requirements
      • When you need the award
      • Your name and phone #
  • Need help designing the crystal?

    • 1. You may choose the "Let Us Design It For You" option in the online "Personalization" tool, or you can e-mail us at orders@crystalcentral.com. Our experienced artists will prepare the artwork proof for your review and approval.
    • 2. No production is ever started without your final approval. You will always have the option to make changes once you receive your initial proof.
  • How can I revise the clip art in the "Personalize It" tool?

    • 1. The clip art is a JPEG image. It can’t be revised in the "Personalization" tool.
    • 2. Please use the "Add Comment" box to specify what you would like to change.
    • 3. After the order is placed, we will email a proof for your approval by 8am next biz day.
  • Can you engrave foreign/special characters?

    • 1. Yes, we can.
    • 2. After you've placed the order, please email us your personalization requirements at orders@crystalcentral.com. Please attach the file that contains the foreign/special characters in a Word document, PDF or text format.
    • 3. Our "Personalize It" tool is tailored for the English language only. Your foreign/special characters may not exhibit accurately using the online tool.
  • How much does the personalization cost?

    • 1. Personalization fees are built into the price of the product you purchase.
    • 2. There is no extra charge for personalization.
  • How many characters can I engrave?

    • 1. We don't have a set limit on the number of characters you may engrave.
    • 2. Our design team will attempt to best accommodate your personalization needs.
    • 3. We will advise if there is any issues during the proof email exchange.
  • After I receive the proof, how can I make revisions?

    • 1. You may simply reply to the proof e-mail or call customer service at (855) 855-2288 with any revisions you have.
