Absolutely Stunning!

Our dear friend and boss is being Ordained and we wanted a memorable keepsake for such an wonderful occasion. Customer service was outstanding and communication was excellent. We received our order on time as stated. The towering crystal monument is even more stunning in person. It was carefully packaged in foam that is laser cut to custom fit the crystal monument and placed in a nice box. We opted to add color to the etching which enhanced the personalization. We highly recommend Crystal Central to anyone who wants outstanding service & quality. It's absolutely stunning, thank you!

Great, fast, customer-focused service!

I needed an award quickly so I submitted a black and white, short-cut version of the inscription using just our corporate name but not our logo. By the next morning the review staff at Crystal sent me a proof what I submitted but also created a proof using a color version of corporate logo. Of course I really wanted the logo version but just did not expect it could be done in time. I ordered the logo version and looked like a star in my organization. Great, fast, customer-focused service ... gotta love it!

15yrs and counting.Wow Factor!

She said "YES" all over again. She loved it. The Crystal Sunflower and the fonts and colors made the gift pop! Customer service was outstanding. Long story short, we were in Mexico celebrating early and I was texting customer support on design and layout. Over 2 days of back and forth not being able the open the proofs on my phone (my issue) , they were able to work with me on getting the proofs so I could see them. I was able to approve via text and then they made the delivery schedule. Just outstanding! Picture Perfect! Thank you very much!

The website for design is exceptionally user-friendly. It was easy to upload the specific graphic we wished added to the plaque. It was nice to get immediate feedback RE the "draft" of the crystal. Coloring/painting of the graphic was well done. The final project was received in a very timely manner and met expectations. I would use this business again!
