The quality was excellent and it was absolutely beautiful!!
The same day I placed my order, I received a proof. The item was shipped shortly after that. Super quick turnaround and delivery, The process could not have gone more quickly or smoothly and the delivered product was absolutely beautiful!!!

STUNNING!!!
The piece that was ordered was stunning!!! Our pastor was in complete and total awe of his crystal cross. I am always careful to read reviews to understand why people may not give as many stars as a product deserves. The product was absolute 5 STAR however, there was an issue in regards to the transit of the piece which was not communicated to me. The issue was not the fault of the company, but the communication was. When asked if I received the email to inform me that the piece was delayed, my answer was no. It is my opinion that it should have at least been resent to communicate the information that I did not receive. I say this because the order was time sensitive.
