This product is a true beauty, well designed! There were so many compliments received.
My experience was EXCEPTIONAL for many reasons.
Each time I communicated with the staff-each person was pleasant and courteous. Secondly, the product was schedule to ship one week outside of the event date, and I called customer service to inquire if it was possible to receive the order early? However, T provided the original shipment date so I appreciated his honest and I begun to accept the product would not be delivered before the date of the event,-no fault of the company, my oversight. To my surprise, the product was shipped and received 8 days in advance of the schedule delivery. I was truly AMAZED AND GRATEFUL because we were able to present the gift to the honoree on the event date. This company practice customer satisfaction! They do not over promise and under deliver! I will continue to order from them!
