Incredible quality and so well put together, I’m beyond grateful for this company, their processes and their prices. I cannot upload a picture because I’ve not given the award out yet, but I will say that I am as excited to receive this every time I order because I cannot wait to adore the quality before handing out. It is somewhat of a precious gem to me!

A yearly favorite and the best in the business! I believe I got hooked on them because of their customer service! We order yearly for our associate of the year award and we are so happy with Crystal Central's communication, responsiveness, and product. They definitely go above and beyond to ensure your gift is a priority for them and they get the product to you quickly! The gifts are packed appropriately and protected. The gift box is very durable and aesthetically pleasing. They even remembered me, this year. I am sure partly to do with the email address, but nonetheless, it makes us customers feel good to be remembered.

We love the award that is a gift for our boss and she loves it as well! Quick shipping and it came in secure packaging to keep it from breaking.

The website was easy to use once I got used to it (to personalize my award like I wanted it) and I also used email for a proof ahead of time since I was ordering on behalf of a group of people who wanted to see what it looked like before I purchased it and they were a fantastic help and so quick to reply!
