The staff was great and fast at providing a mock-up and finished the project quickly. I had the item in a few days. The quality is great and the retirement glass plaque looks fantastic. Very easy process to work with this company - will use again in the future

Item is very well made and inscription was accurate. It was a little price by comparison but exactly what I wanted. There was no felt or rubber pads for the bottom, so I had to add some or risk it chipping.
