All my requests were met. The overall outcome of the plaque was elegant and professional. The time it took for this was fast! The plaque came in a secure box that kept it from being damaged.

The finished product was like a piece of artwork... use of high quality materials and superb craftsmanship. It was Delivered three days earlier than anticipated. Highly recommend them for your next award recognition program .
The craftsmanship was superb. Customer service representatives were courteous and eager to assist me in getting exactly what I had envisioned.
When the crystal plaque was delivered I immediately opened it and was like a child at Christmas. It was over the top fabulous. I began calling my colleagues. I was ecstatic. It was like a piece of artwork. The packaging was of high quality and again I was overwhelmed with excitement. Lastly it was delivered three days earlier than expected.
