This was a beautiful award and the company was incredibly responsive. They sent me a mock up of the award I ordered with 2 choices, along with a suggestion for punctuation (which I implemented). It was delivered much faster than expected and was securely packaged. The interior box that held the award is heavy and a very nice gift box. I would certainly order from them again and recommend them without any hesitation.
