I contacted Crystal Central by phone to ask questions on personalizing a piece of crystal for a Choir Director Retirement, Item #299. I took information from several pieces and added my own. This is what made the gift so personal. They suggested I send them the information I wanted engraved on the piece. I immediately attached a copy in an email. Within two hours, they returned two options to choose from. I was told I could approve, make changes, corrections, etc. I made a choice and returned it immediately. I ordered later that day and was told the finished work would be delivered well within my time frame. I was ecstatic when I received the finished product four days later. It was perfect and gorgeous! The staff was professional, talented, helpful and caring with stellar quality control. Our Choir Director of 20 years will be in "awe with tears of joy" when she receives her beautiful piece of crystal--a gift that will last a lifetime. Also appreciate the fact that I was having a great deal of difficulty in placing the order; as my desk top didn't show everything on screen and even though I called a few times, your people tried but really couldn't help but did do a follow-up call the next day, which I truly appreciated as well as the patience of the lady who tried to help.
