The plaque is beautiful made. Our office's logo and the texts are engraved and filled (gold and black) impeccably.
This was an award for a beloved colleague's going away lunch. I paid for expedited shipping because I was under a time constraint and I needed the item right away. Due to a typhoon in China, my item was delayed. While I understand that there are unexpected delays that may be outside the company's control, the situation should have been handled better.
My main complaint is that the company never emailed me the tracking number when the item was shipped, which they were suppose to. If they had, I would have known ahead of time that my item wasn't getting here on time, and I would have made other arrangements. My email inquiring about the tracking number went unanswered, and the only reason I found out about the delay was because I called the company to find out what was happening with my order. I will say that the customer representative I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant, but that doesn't change what had already happened.
