This product looks better than online. I like the way it has a solid way to stand by itself. Crystal is very versatile with what you give them to work with. The preview before the final order goes thru is an essential so that problems can be worked out (however, they nailed it in one). This was my 2nd order. The process was familiar and easier but there is always someone you can talk to if you're unsure about what you are doing.
