I think the product is amazing and turned out exactly like I approved. I'm very excited to see my Father's face when he opens it at his celebration of 50 years of ministry.

First of all, the product is awesome!!! Had a little issue with my card, which mainly was my fault, but to correct the problem was a hassle. What I didn't realize was that even though the company is located here in the U.S.A. the product is shipped from China. If I had known that I might have given it a second thought about ordering. Especially since I was on a time crunch. However, the product came in time, even with the delay in China and in Chicago. I'm satisfied with what I received, but it would be nice to have explained where the product is shipped from before you order.

The colors are vibrant. I would probably use a lighter blue color for better readability. Also, the letters have clean print.

Very well made, very quick in filling the order.

Crystal Central was very patient with me as I made at least four changes to my plaque. In the end, it was completed and shipped. Upon arrival, I was blown away by the quality of the product. It will be treasured for years to come.
