I’ve ordered several crystal awards from Crystal Central, and the quality has consistently been outstanding. Most recently, I placed a last-minute order and contacted their customer service team for assistance. Although they couldn’t guarantee delivery in less than a week due to the detail involved in the piece I selected, they went above and beyond, not only meeting the deadline, but delivering the award two days early. The craftsmanship was just as impressive as if I had ordered it months in advance. Their work is superb, and Crystal Central will definitely remain one of my go-to vendors for future recognition gifts.

The towers came out amazing. Great color and very sturdy.

We have been using Crystal Central for several years now. When I submit the order, the turn around with a mock up is less than 24 hours. If there are any issues, they are quick to update the mock up and send it back. Very courteous team. The end result is always as expected. Once the mock up is approved, the trophies usually arrive in less than a week of final approval.

This product was well received by my customer. They stated the quality was excellent and the engraving turned out very well. Their recipients were honored to receive this item for their awards ceremony.
