have ordered 2 products on different occasion. One was for professional use (for my boss) and other for personal (boss at home).
At both times, I found the website to be easy to navigate and the best part was the direction and the pre documented verbiage that helps is customizing your message. At the very least it gives you an idea on how to go about with your message.
The customer service in my humble opinion is awesome. People are knowledgeable, polite and most importantly timely in their communication. Their advice is worth it as they are the specialist and their opinion with color or font schemes is better than what you would consider to be appropriate. Trust their judgement and work.
Lastly, the product. First- the packaging was much more than I expected. The product was extremely well packed and protected. Second- the shipping was as promised. Finally, the product was as seen. Premium glass etching and excellent work. No chaffing and and rough edges. Wonderful finish. Laser technology used I guess.
The overall experience was wonderful and hence, I will highly recommend them for their services.
