Customer service was outstanding. Response time to my questions and many changes in designs was extremely fast and around the clock.
Received my plaque with a chip, I sent a photo and video and they had a new one shipped out and at my door in 7 days, luckily I had time to present my plaque.

Item looks great. Came in a nice presentation box. It was helpful that we could pick a color for the script that sort of matched our company color. Having a sentiment provided was an added plus. We just filled in the blanks. We also had a lot of options for script for the name.
My boss found your site and picked out what he wanted. I then picked the font and colors and size. The software was pretty easy to use and the crystal looks super. We needed the item in a week and your company exceeded our expectation. Cannot ask for more than that.
