The response for editing the design was quick. I was surprised that they worked on the weekend. I had several changes to make and they followed through with my requests.

Excellent service, complete customization, extremely speedy production, even the box it came in was of fantastic quality and very professional looking, with foam cut out to fit the plaque perfectly.
Ordered a crystal plaque for a co-worker who was retiring. Not only was it very impressive, but was boxed in a very professional manner with foam inserts and cut outs, displaying the plaque in a beautiful way before it is even removed from the box. Agency emblem and personalized statement was engraved with color added. It was delivered in ample time, surprisingly fast. While I hate to see this co-working go, I'm eager to see their face when he opens the gift. It quality and personalization of the plaque is certainly worthy of the years of dedication this employee provided.
