I ordered a customized crystal plaque on the evening of August 19, 2020. I informed Crystal Central that I needed the plaque by Monday, August 24, 2020, if at all possible. Representatives kindly informed me that the very soonest I could expect delivery would be by Tuesday, August 25, 2020.

Through outstanding communication, and both diligent work and effort put forth by Crystal Central employees, my customized crystal plaque was fabricated, shipped and delivered by 9:40 a.m. PST on Friday, August, 21, 2020! I don't know how this was possible without divine intervention, but I cannot thank Crystal Central enough for their hard work and diligence. The crystal plaque is gorgeous and arrived way ahead of schedule so that it can be presented at a retirement ceremony today.

The awards we received were absolutely beautiful! My only concern which you may not have any control over was when the box arrive it was badly smashed and I was afraid that the items would have been damaged. Thank goodness you packet them well!!!
