Police Dispatcher Retirement Plaque – Custom Crystal Shield Award
Wording Details
Celebrate a lifetime of calm in crisis with this beautifully crafted 911 Dispatcher Retirement Plaque, a crystal shield designed to honor the voices behind every emergency call. This heartfelt tribute blends personalization with symbolism for a meaningful farewell gift.
It opens with:
“Honoring Your Public Service”,
followed by the dispatcher’s name, title, and department badge.
The centerpiece features the bold engraving of “911”, representing the dispatcher’s critical role on the front lines of communication. The engraved message reads:
“Remember it was your voice in the darkness that gave hope to those who really needed it. You will be greatly missed.”
A set of customizable service dates (e.g., “2001 – 2024”) is included, and the plaque concludes with the heartfelt phrase etched along the base:
“THE CALM VOICE OF RPD”
Whether presented by the department, friends, or family, this plaque speaks directly to the emotional impact of a dispatcher’s unseen heroism.

Very beautiful and elegant. We ordered the 12in. and it was perfect. When I retire this is exactly what I will request.
This was our second time ordering the plague and it was beyond our expectations. It was just as beautiful and elegant as the first one. This is definitely our go to company for these type of plaques as no one else in our area comes close to the quality and customization. Thank you again for the beautiful product.
