I ordered a retirement gift for my son. I ordered on Sunday evening 06/27 @ 5:20 PM PT . I received a response at 12:04 AM PT with the proof to review. I emailed back and asked if I could make a couple more changes and was answered within minutes. The final proof was approved on 06/28 at 9:21 AM PT. It was shipped on 07/01. My son received it this morning 07/07. It is beautiful. The craftsmanship is excellent. The responsiveness impressive and the cost very reasonable. Thank you for this very special memory!

Nice weight for it
Piece showed up on time (actually a day early). Packed nicely. Piece looks really good. Only negative was it took a couple back and forths with the proof and it was close but they didn't seem to be able to get it the same.
