This beautiful, fully customizable gift was the perfect way to honor our retiring Pastor and his wife as a team. They reviewed our design, correcting off center words and such, and presented it to us in packaging that was practically gift wrapped already (but also very secure for the long flight and the weight of the crystal). After sending a message to the seller about our close time window for this beautiful gift for our Pastor and his wife (both retiring), they were quick to message us directly within 12hours and ship the resulting custom design from China to East Coast USA in 3 days. This was all without compromising on the look or packaging of the product. We felt so extremely cared for in this stressful time of good byes, thank you again!
