I was genuinely impressed wit the quality and detail put into the piece.Thank you.
They did what they said they were going to do.
And even when i made a mistake with the background they were wise enough to ask the question which resulted in a longer order process timeframe but i got the item they way I wanted it even when I submitted the incorrect specs. They took the additional time to clarify and because of that alone, I got what I wanted. That is rare!
