PAYMENT

  • What methods of payment do you accept?

    • 1. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash, CODs, checks or money orders.
  • Will you charge my credit card immediately?

    • 1. No. When you place an order, your card will be authorized (the amount is ‘held’ and deducted from the credit limit, but is NOT transferred to us).
    • 2. We will send a proof for your review and approval by 8 am the next business day.
    • 3. We will charge your card and collect the funds when you approve the proof and the order is moved into production.
  • Would you accept purchase orders?

    • 1. Yes, we do.
    • 2. Please email a copy of your purchase order to CS@CrysalCentral.com.
    • 3. Please note that your purchase order is subject to our internal approval process.
    • 4. Once approved, we will place your order manually and send you the invoice.
  • Will I be charged sales tax?

    • 1. We don't collect sales tax for orders placed by non-Connecticut customers.
    • 2. Orders placed by Connecticut customers will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to their order totals.
    • 3. While Crystal Central does not collect sales or use tax for all other states, you may still have a tax obligation. Details of how to report these taxes may be found on respective taxing authorities' websites.
  • How to remove the sales tax if I am "Tax Exempt"?

    • 1. We don't collect sales tax for orders placed by non-Connecticut customers.
    • 2. If you are a Connecticut-based "Tax Exempt Entity", you may enter your tax exempt request in the "Add Comment" box.
    • 3. Please email a copy of your tax exemption form to CS@CrysalCentral.com.
    • 4. We will review your status, manually remove the sales tax from your order, and then send you an updated order invoice.
