First, you will need to browse or search for the crystals you would like to order. The keyword search box is on the top right corner of every page. When you find a crystal that interests you, click to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the crystal, including price, dimension, additional pictures, related awards, etc.
2. Personalize using the "Personalization" tool
"Personalize It" is our innovative solution to meet your personalization needs. You may enter/edit/view your exact personalization requirements online. Once done, click the "Finish" button to add the personalized crystal to your cart.
You may always use the "Let Us Design It For You" button on the left to have our experience artists design the award for you.
Or, you may simply skip this step and go straight to "Add to Cart".
3. Add the crystal to your cart
Click the "Add to Cart" button to add the crystal to your cart.
Once the crystal is added to your cart, you may use either "ADD PERSONALIZATION" or "ADD COMMENT" to submit your personalization requirements.
You can always use the "My Cart" button at the top right corner of every page to see what you've added to your cart.
4. Proceed to checkout
Take a moment to review the awards you've placed in your cart. When you're ready to place an order, click the "Checkout Now" button.
5. Sign In
If you are a returning customer, enter your e-mail address and password to proceed to the next step.
If you are a new customer, enter your e-mail address, create a password, then click the continue button.
6. Enter shipping options
Fill in and/or confirm your shipping details and make any necessary adjustments. Click the "Continue" button to move to the "Payment Information" section.
7. Enter payment information/address
Fill in and/or confirm your payment address and credit card details and make any necessary adjustments. We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Enter your card number without any spaces or dashes. Click the "Continue" button to move to the next step.
8. Place your order
Look over all the information to verify it is correct. Then, click the red "Place Order" button on the top right side to submit your order.
We will email you the order confirmation immediately.
We will email you the proof no later than 8 am the next biz day.
Once you confirm the proof, we will engrave and ship the finished within 1-2 biz days.
How do I place an order like previous ones?
1. Please find the crystal you want and add it to your cart.
2. Use the "Add Comment" box to enter in your requirements and reference the previous order #.
3. Feel free to email the personalization list to CS@CrysalCentral.com and refer to your previous order number.
