How much does logo set-up cost?

1. Up to three standard logos are included in the price of the award. You may incur an additional set-up charge for complex and/or excessive logos.

How do I add a logo to the crystal?

1. You may add your logo to the crystal award during the personalization process. Use the "Add Logo" button within the "Personalization" tool.

2. Once it has uploaded, you can resize, rotate, drag and drop the image to suite your requirements.

What types of logo files do you accept?

1. We offer online submission for most commonly used image file formats such as .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg or .png.

2. For vector drawing formats such as .eps and .ai files, please e-mail the image as an attachment to orders@crystalcentral.com.

Will you remove the white background from my logo?

1. Yes, we will remove it.

2. After your order is placed, we will email a proof for you review and approval.

3. The production process will only begin after you approve the artwork.

Will my logo be in color?

1. Depends on logo complexity, you may have the logo in its original colors.

2. During the proof review process, we will offer you some design options for you to choose from.

3. While we will try to best match your logo colors, no PMS color matching is available.

Can I add a photo image to the crystal?

1. Sorry, it won’t work.

2. Due to limitation of crystal engraving process, we won’t be able to engrave photos accurately.
