The awards we ordered were some of the nicest awards we've seen. The quality was amazing, they had a very good weight to them (it was obvious they weren't cheap), and the gold and black fill-in color we chose really took it to the next level. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be ordering again for any future need we have. They also arrived a day earlier than expected. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.

This was my first time ordering an award online, and I'm thrilled that I came across Crystal Central. They had many options and sophisticated designs. It was very easy to order and customize the design. My proof came VERY quickly and delivery came early. The awards were so beautiful I couldn't stop looking at them, and wished I was the one receiving them instead of giving them! They were also packaged very well and came in a nice box, so they were definitely handled with care.

The trophies are wonderful. My only concern is how they are shipped. You have fragile all of the box and the boxes arrive like they have been in a battle zone and are crushed. Good thing that you use a lot of packing peanuts. I do not feel that the company you use cares about the product being shipped.
