I ordered an award that was time sensitive took me like around 2 hours to design it and purchase it was like about 9:00 pm when I was finished and they got back to me like around 12:00 midnight with proof of the award . I call early morning and costumer service was great “ thank you Katie “ . They shipped the award Saturday 20, 2019 and got delivered Monday 22, 2019 . The award came out PERFECT and I am extremely grateful for everything.
